Curriculum

St.Jacob School conducts a full primary school offering, Bangla and English version based on National curriculum. Therefore our students of class Five take the government (PEC) Examination.

Admissions:

We accept application for admission from Play Group to class Five. There is no admission test however we accept on applicants first come first serve basis as we have limited seats. Applicants seeking admission should agree to comply with all requirements and strict discipline in attendance, punctuality, uniform, behaviour and school work.

Note:

i) Please read all documents thoroughly before submitting the Application for admission form.

ii) Application fees is Non-refundable.

iii) It is important to read carefully the Declaration Form before signing and submitting it to the school office.

iv) Submitting the Application Form for Admission to the school signifies that you have accepted all the terms and conditions and will follow all rules and regulations of the school.

Submission of Forms & Documents:

School office is open for submission of forms and documents from:
Sunday to Thursday
8:00am to 5:00pm
Forms must be fully completed and singed. Required documents must be submitted. Incomplete forms and documents will not be accepted.

Required Documents:
i) Birth certificate (photocopy)
ii) Last progress report card except Play Group. (photocopy)
iii) T.C. photocopy. (Transfer Certificate)
iv) Two copies of passport size photograph of the applicant.
v) Parents national ID card photocopy.
vi) Two copies of passport size photograph of the parents.
